Whether you have agreed to Purchasing a new home, or you have agreed to Sell your existing home you need a Notary. After you have entered into a binding Contract of Purchase and Sale it is our job as Notaries to ensure that the final closing of the property, (i.e. the exchange of title and money as well as all related legal aspects) are properly looked after to ensure a smooth transaction. 

This includes co-ordinating with you, your Realtor, your Mortgage Broker, your financial institution and any other person or party that needs to be involved to complete the deal. We also assist in the preparation of Contract of Purchase and sale for Private Sales/Purchases.
